Before commissioning me, please be sure to read the terms and conditions listed below.

 

Permissions

• I retain all rights to my art and have the right to upload it to my galleries online.

• If I were to use your commission in an art book, magazine, etc, I will contact you for your permission as the owner of the character before doing so, unless stated on your [Commission Form] you wish for your piece(s) to remain private.

• You're allowed to use the commissioned piece for profit ONLY with written permission/agreement from me.

• You may repost the commissioned picture(s) in role-playing sites, your own galleries, and such as long as there won't be a misuse of copyrights and I’m visibly credited as the Artist.

• Customers upon their own request may have their identity hidden. If you wish to not be credited as the commissioner publicly.

• You DO NOT have the right to sell my artwork, commissioned or otherwise for the purpose of NFT(s).

• You DO NOT have the right so use my art for AI, commission or otherwise under any circumstances.

Commission procedure and payment!

• Once I’ve selected your commission request, I will add you to my commission queue. Your contact information is not public and won’t be shared.

• Then I’ll contact you using the email you’ve given when you submitted your [Commission Form]

• After confirming the slot commission with you. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your PayPal email. Payment MUST be received within 2 days of you receiving the invoice. Failure to send payment; you will be removed from the Commission Queue. (Unless stated differently in the [Commission Form] you submitted or discussed prior between you (client) and myself.)

• I will begin working on the sketches to show you. (Completion of your Sketch will vary depending on your position in my commission queue and current workload.)

• You can always ask for more work-in-progress shots during the process if you’d like.

• I will send you the finished piece(s) via email in full resolution. You will recieve a resized version suitable for sharing as well! The basic format is a high-quality PNG for sharing purposes. Upon request, they can be converted to your preferred file format.

 

Refunds

• If you have not received ANY progress on your piece within a Month. You are entitled to a full refund upon your request.

• If your piece has not been completed within two months REGARDLESS of progress. You are entitled to a full refund upon your request.

• If I feel I can no longer work on or finish your piece for whatever reason. I can and will refund you.
  

 

PLEASE NOTE: These are my ONLY exceptions for refunds. Any other reasons not listed above will not receive a refund.

 

Revisions

If you’re not satisfied with certain part(s) in the commissioned piece, feel free to ask me to edit it. (Usually, if it’s minor, I’d be happy to make some changes)

PLEASE NOTE; Requests for heavy changes Such as a complete change of pose, composition, character(s), or background after the piece is far beyond the sketch phase are unacceptable. Such requests will not be taken into account. So please be certain when you receive your sketch/screenshot you are satisfied with it before giving your approval to continue onto the next stage of the piece.

Time of completion

I will often take only a few commissions at a time to prevent doing more work than I’m able. I’m only one person and human. However, there will be times a piece will go on longer than a month due to unforeseen circumstances.

I will try my best to work out a reasonable solution along with you. (As stated before, refunds will always be an available option. If you feel things have gone longer than you wanted. So no hard feelings.)

Any piece(s) that require a deadline/urgent completion time will cost extra.

Content

I’m sometimes okay with working outside of my comfort zone. However, I have a strong preference for human/humanoid characters. The content/subjects I will NOT draw are listed below:

I will NOT draw:

- Scat.

- Hyper. (ask)

- Vore.

- Cub/Child pornography.

- Offensive themes.
